My 11 year old daughter had to have 3 root canals. Dr Ball and the entire staff was WONDERFUL!! They always made sure she was comfortable and aware of what was being done. She was never scared to go back for next visit. Would 100% refer him to all my friends & family.

I went in tears to the office had extreme pain. They took me in Dr. James Ball is my hero. He went above & beyond so I would have my Procedure done in one day. I didnt have an appointment and they still took me in His staff was so compassionate even the guy front desk. Thank you everyone from the bottom of my heart.

I was in extreme pain and called to ask if I could move up my appointment. They told me to come in as soon as I could. They got me in to take away my pain and I couldn't be more grateful. Dr. Ball and every staff member I interacted with were so wonderful to me. No one likes to go, but if you have to go, these are the kind of people you want taking care of you.

Today i went in for a Root canal, and I must admit I was very nervous due to past experiences with other dentist/Endo. Not only was the office extremely clean, the receptionist along with everyone there was so nice and welcoming . Dr. James Ball was so kind and gentle, he made sure that he explained everything and that I was comfortable; along with his assistant. From the shots all the way to the actual procedure, not once did I feel any discomfort, to the point that I feel asleep and was snoring during the procedure WITHOUT ANY sedation; I was so amazed that I went right back to work and gave out his cards. For the first time ever, I left the Dentist with a big smile. I will recommend this office, and Dr. Ball to any and everybody. He is the absolute best I've ever encountered!!!

To be honest, I was extremely nervous about getting a root canal. Dr. Ball and Cassy were fantastic and put me at ease. The procedure was over quickly and was completely painless.

I have to start this review with the acknowledgement that I am terrified of the dentist. Almost 50 years old and walking into the dentist office scares me. Here is as simple as it gets...If you need a root canal...you need to go to Dr David Cloutier!!! The entire staff treated me with dignity and respect. Every part of the treatment was explained in-depth and most of all it hurt less than a cleaning. I would highly recommend this clinic for all patients needing endodontic care.

Dr. Ball and his assistants saved my tooth and my smile. I am so grateful for their expertise, calming my nerves and making sure the procedure was pain free. The results were phenomenal! Dr Cloutier and staff were so kind and compassionate. Dr Coutier went the extra steps to make sure my visit was pain free. I was totally expecting to have a sore jaw from the shots and having my mouth open for an hour, but nothing. I've had to have a great deal of dental work done over the years and this was by far my best experience. Thank you Dr Coutier and Emily.

Dr. Myers and staff, The office staff had patience with my situation. They were kind and courteous. Dr. Myers was great! He thoroughly explained the process to me. His assistant very nice. Overall it was a super experience! I would highly recommend this office and Dr. Myers.

My root canal was pain-free .. and the numbing shots didnt cause any discomfort. ... the procedure did not hurt !... and here I was dreading going to the dentist so i blew it off for as long as possible .. but all that worry for nothing... it was.so simple and easy and i was so comfortable .. i actually fell asleep and took myself a little nap...imagine that!! The staff very friendly... I highly recommend this dentist office. James Ball DDS did my root canal. He is awesome.

I have had a lot of root canals in the past, this experience was by far the easiest. I thought I might need Nitrous to help me through the procedure like I have had before, but Dr. Cloutier assured me he would get me numb enough that I would not need to waste $120.oo on the Nitrous. He was right. The procedure was pain free and he along with his staff was really good about walking me through each step of the process. Unless I move, I will not be going anywhere else for Endodontic care in the future.

Absolutely the BEST root canal experience I've had in my entire Iife, Thanks dr Ball. I also wanted to give credit where credit is due. The staff is extremely friendly, courteous and professional. From the very first phone call from Priscilla and the quickness of her responses and followup throughout she was great . The day of the procedure she went out of her way to get me an ice pack for my jaw because it ached from having my mouth open during the procedure. (which was the only pain I experienced) The rest of the staff, I don't remember there names but they too were professional, friendly and courteous. As a Teacher I give the entire office staff including Dr. Ball an A++ I sincerely HIGHLY RECOMEND Dr Ball and the entire organization...Blessing to the

Let me start out by saying...I hate going to the dentist! Seriously, who does?????It took me a lifetime to finally find a really good dentist. Recently, my regular dentist referred me for a complicated root canal. He said he would send me to the best specialists in SA to take care of me and my tooth! Well, I was blessed to be seen by Dr. Ball today. Allison and the young girl that also assisted and the entire front office staff are exceptional people. (Pat is so sweet and helpful and very patient). I had NO PAIN....Dr. Ball went over the X-rays, the procedure itself and what to expect before, during, and after. Overall, I was treated very kindly ad the procedure went very well. Thank you Dr. Ball and your assistants for a job well done and pain free. God bless each of you for making an unpleasant trip to the dentist, a pleasant experience!

Dr. Ball & his assistant Nancy and the rest of the front desk staff made my experience as good as it possibly could . I appreciate that he explained everything before it was going to happen. I also received a follow-up call the next day and that to me was going above and beyond . I've already recommended his office to three people.
